“Was very nervous about taking my skittish and quite large cat to be groomed, expecting him to be uncooperative and frustrating, especially since, understandably, they don't groom cats very often; however I was incredibly wrong.They showed great care for the well being of my boy, and he's already acting as though he's much more comfortable after having the matted spots removed.Great people, great service and they clearly care about their animals.“
“I brought my two boys in for nail trims, our first visit and certainly not our last. As soon as we walked in they were treated like family, and my boy's tails kept wagging. Dogs can sense when a person is nervous but Pakwa and Koko took right to them. Brittany you have a great way with dogs and I thank you for treating them like family. I see, after our first visit, why you have 5 stars. Keep up the great work, my boys now have a new groomer“
