Very responsive and promptly came to my home to provide me with a blow in insulation quote. All of my questions were answered and I never felt that I was being mislead. My quote was emailed to me within a few hours of home inspection. I was extremely pleased with their offered bid, so we quickly set date and time for job to be completed. On the scheduled date, a gentleman from Parker Insulation arrived at my home by 0745 and was finished in approximately 1hr. Once the job was completed he cleaned the work area. Parker Insulation has been great to us from the beginning! I submitted an estimate request online via their website and within an hour, Ken gave me a call to set up an appointment. We ordered replacement for six windows which took a little bit of time to come in due to COVID-19. Ken kept us informed of the order status and as soon as they were in, we set an installation date for the next week. At 7:30am, the windows were dropped off and by 9:00am (right on schedule), the crew showed up to install. Ken swung by during work and after completion to ensure everything was satisfactory. we were not home at the time the work was done and payment was left for when they completed it. It was as we had been there the whole very profesional neet and tidy i recomend these guys for all your insulation needs
