I called the salon and asked for a master stylist and they gave me a girl named fawn. I showed her my delicate frizzy hair and she must not be too experienced because the highlights stayed way to long and my hair is completely fried. Fawn over processed my hair, she didn't put me under a dryer because she didn't believe I that. The color between the highlight packs she didn't put but on my grey hairs and now my hair is fried and frizzy from basic highlights. I cried for 4 days. She didn't consider my feelings textured hai and now one big pileof really I believe the only way to make this horrible hair experience right is to give me my money back to that I can go get my hair color corrected!! sincerely, Roxanne caldwel !!
