I am an architect and I have used Schulte for my residential roof and for storm repair. They are a large and serious company that only does roofing. When work is requested they come to the work location and do a detailed analysis and then provide a written quote. If they do the work then they have the estimator, who is the vice-president, set up the work on site and also check on the work while being done and also at completion. With their background the flashings, fastenings, materials, etc. will be correct which is very important. You get what you pay for!

I initially called Schulte Roofing after a neighbor mentioned he was having part of his roof replaced after a major storm that caused damage to every roof in my neighborhood. This was the first person I had heard say they did not need an entire new roof. While I did need an entire new roof, I was very impressed with Kyle and the fact that he did not ask me what my insurance company was willing to pay. He also was willing to arrange the roof to be replaced while I was out of town, making my life easier. He did not use scare tactics to try to get me to have it replaced sooner, as others did.
