My elderly parent’s air conditioner stopped working. I called Michael Gessner and he sent Grayson who determined it was the compressor and due to the age of the unit, it needed to be replaced. They came the following Monday and replaced the entire unit in one day. The next day my parents realized their doorbell no longer worked. It had come unhooked from the transformer in the attic while the guys were working. I contacted Dean and he sent someone out to fix it within hours. Great customer service! I highly recommend.
