They schedule appointment called to confirm showed up on time. I had tried another company and they made an appointment for 2 weeks away the day before appointment they called and canceled. Said they would reschedule haven't heard from them yet. I called twice to get appointment and left message. At least window world shows up is courteous and get them installed quickly.

We are completing a full installation of windows on the remodel of our home in Texarkana. Our sales rep, Jacob E., has been outstanding through the entire process. One of the most professional and courteous gentlemen in the "business world" that I have met in a long time.
Jacob is very knowledgeable on his products which carried through to the installation process which was handled perfectly by Ronald and his Team.
We are so impressed by Jacob, Ronald, and the Team that we are using WW for the remodel of our second home in Michigan.

I called to get information on new windows. They scheduled a rep to call me talk to me. He never showed up. After waiting for an hour and a half with no phone call or text explaining why they didn't show up or were running behind, I called and canceled the appointment. It was very well unprofessional. There are other companies that I'm sure would be willing to do business.
Edit: I was contacted by the company to get this resolved. I am so glad they did. I have read good reviews of this company and was hoping it was just a mix-up. Thank you! Jacob was very informative and helpful. Wonderful representative of the company.
