David was very helpful and explained everything. He was also very thorough in his presentation making it easy for me to understand and see the difference in new windows and my current ones. From the material used to the installation crew, it was all explained making it an easy decision for our purchase. Did I mention easy? I also love the fact it’s family owned and you can tell they aren’t trying to get your money. They explain all options and tell you what is really needed and give suggestions based on having, for example pets/children and tempered or non tempered glass for safety. I’m grateful David took the extra time to go over the presentation for a second time, my husband was late coming in, and he had no problem going back out to get the display to show again. For first time homeowners upgrading our windows it was a great experience.

Window World is a fine business with intelligent owners and salesman and installer. Jacob Ezermack is a fantastic informative salesman and very courteous. Nothing was left out. He explained and showed us everything we needed or wanted to know. This young sweet man should get a raise as he is very thorough! Stacy at the store here in Texarkana is very efficient. Ronnie and Bo who installed our first room of windows knows their business. They worked in a timely manner and did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. We intend to get the whole house done on the windows and doors. We highly recommend this Window World Business in Texarkana because they are not only intelligent but they are well groomed in their knowledge of their products. We trust them completely and thank them for each of their expertise! Their team works well together. Wish we had known about them when we built our home 27 years ago! Btw, they all deserve a raise! They make you feel like you are family with them all too!
