Their service was impeccable (same day, in my case), and the electrician was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm no electrician, and their representative patiently explained the very simple issue that I'd overlooked, and answered my questions thoroughly. We had our meter box go out and they came out on a Sunday right before the snow storm hit and had us all fixed up that same day while working in the snow and 2 degree weather! They were super heros!
