I have never been so wowed during my Christmas shopping experience. I worked with a rep named Brian. He listened to my story about making fruitcakes for my family, and he even listened to the ideas provided by my recipe instead of my initial thought of what I needed. He escorted me to the correct aisle for some unique bakeware that was found in the crafts section. Then, he went and found 12 individual loaf pans that included wrapping and tags. This was the best Christmas Present I had given in years according to my relatives. I have rarely ever experienced such a fine example of retail service and customer care ever. I never expected it at a Wal-mart. Brian ensured my business for a long time!

Kudos to William in the produce department! He had excellent customer service today when I was looking to buy 60 ears of corn and they only had a few out. He went into the stock room and came out with two cases for me to choose from. He had a great attitude and was extremely helpful! Thanks William!!!

I have been all over the country and believe it or not, Nacogdoches has the best Wal Mart I have ever seen (even in cities 1000x the size of Nac). This one has a grocery store and a McDonalds inside. To be hip, you need to hate on Wal Mart and complain about them at every opportunity. Sorry, I think Wal Mart has a huge selection of items at low prices, it's convenient, clean, and always open. Guess I'm not hip :(
