Based on reviews I took a shot and called TRAM on a Friday evening and left a message that due to time constraints could they come out and treat my home on Saturday. Tracy called me right back and said even though he was totally booked on Saturday, he could come Sunday morning. He came at the appointed time, treated my home, and now he will be coming back every quarter. I am totally satisfied with his work, professionalism, and price. Don't hesitate to call him.
