You know that point where you’ve had back surgery and you think you’re destined to have pain daily for the rest of your life? Advil daily. Steroid shots. Nothing has changed. You still hurt! I was there last February. Dr. Sims changed my world. I’ll admit I was worried about seeing a chiropractor after having lumbar surgery but his method of treatment involves small changes over a period of time. Which made sense...I didn’t get like that overnight and wouldn’t be out of pain overnight. I’m now pain free, back to exercising (yoga and biking), back to truly enjoying life. Not thinking every day about pain. I highly recommend Dr. Sims.
