These guys got out here fast and spent time on the phone with Rheem due to these units having manufacturing issues.Not only did they get us fixed up in just a few short hours … we have a brand new Tankless heater installed all under warranty ?I am just so impressed with their knowledge, their want to save us money, professionalism and kindness! “McWilliams and Sons sent out Mike Williams to do our regular check up. He was kind and polite and checked everything out.
Our unit was old and he crawled up in the hot attic and showed us pictures.
He explained what we needed and we chose to get a new unit. He was great at working with us and explained every step. He gave us an estimate and worked with his office to get us set up with financing. Half an hour we owned a new unit, to be installed Tuesday.
