At this point, I believe I have been going to Dr. Johari for about 4 yrs. I can't think of any bad experiences, but I have thought of a lot of good experiences. After a Motorcycle wreck and a really bad experience at Los Colinas medical center, I went in to see Dr. Johari. The first thing she did was discuss pain meds, because what the other place gave me was nothing and I was in a lot of pain. I appreciated her attention to my comfort needs. Disrespectful of patient's time and schedule. She was extremely late - almost 30 minutes late - and rushed my service. The routine check up was bare bones at best. She is nice, but the lack of consideration of time or patient care is extremely disappointing.

If I could give them negative I would have... They wouldn't let me go in when I needed to see them, because of COVID and now that I'm out of my inhaler and NEED one they want me to go in. They say you need a physical, and when you go in they say they can't do a physical because you're having other issues. Whatever makes them charge the money money. The hell with your health!
