He explained the extent of damage and how to understand my homeowners insurance in relation to the damage.He came out and looked over the roof and took some pictures and was able to give me a quick quote for the work that needed to be done. After we received it via email and signed all the document electronically which was super easy, he quickly had the roofer come out and take care of the damage.The roofer was thorough and showed us the before and after pictures of the process. “I highly recommend Helsley Roofing Company. I had a roof leak and called a roofing company that we had used previously when some shingles had blown off during a storm. A gentlemen came out and said he needed to get on the roof to inspect what might be the issue. He said he couldn't without someone else there and said he would call me when they would be able to come out and do the inspection. A week went by and no phone call, so I called them and they said someone would be calling me later that day. No one called...ever. So I called Helsley Roofing and Chris Hart came out within a couple of days. He got on the roof and told me where it was leaking and showed me photos. He actually used something to patch it right then and said it might hold, but I said I would rather go ahead and fix it all the way and not worry about it anymore. A few days later they came out and fixed it and that was that. They were extremely professional and very nice and no more leaking. I'll definitely call them again when I need roof repairs.“

We had to do this project and work around the rain. Everything still went according to the plan Richard laid out. “A bad storm last year left many houses with serious damages to roofs in our neighborhood. Even though my neighbors were having full replacement done to their roofs, my insurance company thought there was only minimal damage to my roof and were paying an amount totally inadequate to do the actual repair. A friend referred me to James Young whose company had repaired his roof and had done a fantastic job. I described my situation to James. James knew of an "arbitration" process that I could use to evaluate the true damage to the roof. It took couple months to go through the process, but the result was the inspectors agreed with James's assessment that I needed a new roof.
