I’m pretty easy-going. Service here has me shaking my head, however. I guess you get what you pay for. I called around and found a cheaper place. Also I asked them “what if I just brought you 15 shirts and one of them just wasn’t clean enough around the collar, would you re-run it or tell me that I needed to pay for it to be re-cleaned?” She laughed and said they’d just try to clean it again. I know, right?! Why would you lose a customer over that? Well, Power Cleaners did! Byeeeee

Just switched to this place. I took 20-30 dress shirts in and they did a great job, but I left the review mainly to say that they could not have been nicer. The 2 people that helped me each time I went in were so friendly. They have earned a new customer.

Went to get my dads shirts dry cleaned. I gave the Indian lady 4 or so shirts. There were small oil stains from food here and there and told her that I needed those removed. She stated that she would try and there was a possibility of the oil not coming out which I understood. Went to go pick up the clothing a few days later and not only did it seem like she didn’t even try, there were new stains or marks which weren’t there when I took it in.
