While the service is efficient and comes with a warranty, it’s on the expensive side.I appreciated the prompt response to my inquiries when I thought there was an issue after work was completed, but it turns out there wasn’t. I was still happy that my concerns were answered promptly and professionally through email and calls. This company does not ignore, which is a good thing. Overall, aside from the price, I have no major complaints about the company.I am not a cheap homeowner, but there could be more explanation about the price. My recommendation would be to offer first-time customer discounts OR a better price breakdown on each task instead of an overall price. Just a suggestion.“

“I have worked with several contractors for various home improvement projects in the past and have been burned before due to the lack of integrity, reliability, and most of all overpricing of the cost of labor and materials. Hence, I have been very cautious in choosing the right contractor for my next home improvement project which is our master’s bedroom shower and toilet. My family and I prayed for the right contractor to come along. I did canvass and asked around. Indeed our prayers were answered. Miguel Cristancho, his son Bradford, and his team came highly recommended by a good friend who also had her flooring done by their company. From the time I contacted Miguel, he has not disappointed me. When he said he would call back, he called back. When he said he would stop by to see what the problem was and what he would recommend done, he did. He earned my respect from day one. I knew right then and then he was the right choice for the job. And that’s even barely scratching the surface, he was willing to work around my budget so that I could still achieve the look and function I was going for without costing me an arm and a leg. He listens. As a customer, it’s important that I feel heard and that my input matters. He also made me feel I can lay down my cards on the table as to what my expectations are without fear of being misconstrued as a difficult client. His response is honest and straight to the point - he will tell you if your idea is feasible or not. And still, give the final decision to you. Hiring him was the best decision I made. He was professional, courteous, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy, and even went above and beyond my expectations. He threw in some additional jobs of painting and light bulb replacements without charging us extra for it. Of course, the best part is the finished product. We love the quality of the work, the detail that went into it, and the craftsmanship was superb!!! He and his team finished our bathroom’s shower and toilet in less than two weeks as promised. We are so happy with their job and we love love love our new bathroom shower and toilet!!!
