I cannot say enough to express how awesome my experience was! It was 100 degrees outside and multiple people had come by to try to figure out what was wrong with my AC. It was 85+ F in my house and over 80% humidity. Earl got to my house within an hour and stayed till 11PM to make SURE there was an improvement. He cleaned the outdoor unit thoroughly, checked the indoor unit, replaced the thermostat, and checked in on us a few days later. I have an 18month old, so his quickness to arrive and fix the problem, along with his following up to check in on us was SO appreciated. He did an EXCELLENT job!!! Will definitely be calling ETS for any HVAC needs down the road!!!
