First off, I am not a fan of doing surveys. If there was a problem, you would have heard from me immediately. That being said, I am taking the time to provide you with some feedback. The work that was accomplished was phenomenal! The flower beds and crepe myrtle trimming couldn’t have been better. I’ve been impressed with all service from Cititurf since we became customers a little over a month ago. The neighbors or the homeowners association can no long complain about “THAT” yard. Citi Turf always goes above and beyond when they service my yard. Other companies need constant reminders to clean off the sidewalks or near doors but not Citi Turf! It is part of their normal routine…and they can ALWAYS open the combination lock on my fence. They’re the best company we’ve used over the last many years!

Great service. The technician was very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. He took time to listen to our concerns and made recommendations. After fertilization he took the time to blow any granulars that fell on the walkways back onto the grass, which help prevent it getting washed down the drains after a rain or watering event. Well done.
