I had Joey Ridge‘s septic service. Install a new system for me and also signed a maintenance agreement for them to maintain the system on my house. Their customer service is second to none.
Kevin came out today for the scheduled maintenance check. He explained everything that he was doing checked both systems and gave me a report when he was done.
I was very impressed with Arthur’s service. Day before visit Arthur called to let me know he was coming. On arrival he knocked on my door to let me know he was at our residence, then explained what he would be doing and then politely asked if he should report results to me afterwards or leave a note in the door. Arthur did a great job!
