“The atmosphere here is very welcoming from:1). the spacious entrance/lobby space where you can either wait or relax before/after class, 2). the (two) studios are cleaned & mopped after in between classes, 3). the friendly staff (with their varied yoga teaching experience) 4). the owner who is almost always around for questions, suggestions or just a friendly face around and finally5). the variety of classes (aerial, hot flow, vinyasa, yin /nidra, and forrest yoga). Although, I think Ashtanga should also be offered at Alpine Conroe and not only at Alpine Woodlands (just because I don't have access to a car yet since moving to Montgomery, Tx from Honolulu, HI).Alpine yoga also offers Ayurvedic yoga and massage therapy which I would be trying sometime soon and will write an update to this review.“

When I am in Walden I schedule time with Rebecca to keep my back and leg loose until I get home for regular PT. Rebecca is the consummate professional who fully understands my specific issues. She asks all the right questions and reviews the status of my pt protocol to ensure everything stays on track. The relief Rebecca provides is greatly appreciated as is her kind and caring approach.
