Wow, what an awesome workout!! I love that it's such an extensive variety of exercises and so fast paced within the 45mins. The time flies past and you get an incredible workout! I particularly love how each exercise can be modified depending on the individual's fitness level and if you have any preexisting injuries to be careful of. I'm hooked and bought my package after my first workout!!Plus, Owner Krista, Manager Tish, Head Coach Diana and the rest of the team are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and motivating! There is nothing intimidating about walking into this place!

I am so thankful for the knowledge of the coaches! You walk in and immediately feel like family! I started working out here and loved it so much that I wanted to be a part of the team! So now, not only do I get to see results physically but I also get to grow in my career! If you are looking for a motivating, fun environment while working towards your goals THIS is the place you want to be!

I'm a fan. We moved to the area and I'm your typical mid 40's guy rocking the dadbod who sits behind a computer all day long. I've tried cross-fit and type program. F45 could be a great match for me.- Trainers are awesome, they aren't the stereotypical in your face trainer.-Facility - brand new.-Program, it's quick! 20, 40 seconds of reps and you are off to the next station. It's quick so I can't bored. I'm only 5 sessions in, but a fan.
