I made a gigantic mistake and forgot the leash and my dog went flying down the road before we got in the building. The vet techs charged after him, putting their own lives in danger amidst 5pm traffic on a busy road. These people are life savers (and great at their normal duties, p.s.).

Out of towner here and had a minor dog emergency. Bridgeway got me in immediately (although that was a little bit of luck) but I could tell they were trying really hard to get me in for an appointment. Kayla the vet tech was knowledgeable and kind. Even my scared dog liked her! We did FaceTime with the vet and it worked great. I even needed to call back and they answered straight away, helped me, and calmed my worry. Thank y’all for taking good care of my senior baby!
We have two doggies and we’ve visited several different vet offices throughout their lives. Each time we’ve visited Brideway, they’ve stood out above the rest. We are greeted in a warm and friendly manner right as we walk in, the staff and doctors are attentive, knowledgeable, and don’t complicate treatment or force/pressure you to do a bunch of extra stuff not related to the visit. They’ve got my business from here on out.
