Blake’s AC & Heat

I bought a brand new home in Bentwater in 2016. We had an electrical surge which blew out a capacitor and the Carrier a/c began performing inadequately after only 7 years. The previous contractor did not register the unit. Consequently, our warranty was only 5 years as opposed to 10 years and the unit was out of warranty. Called Blakes on a Thursday evening when our renters at our Airbnb condo were freaking out because it was too hot. Kyle with Blakes was out there in less than 20 minutes and checked the unit. He reassured the clients that it was working properly and that it was just this crazy heat. They came through for us big time. Can't say enough good about them. Thank you Blakes and Kyle

Our A/C blower went out so we explored recommendation from the Nextdoor AP. I called I thought had the best reviews and was shocked with the pricing (wow !) so I called the next best, Blake’s A/C. Pam was very responsive and got right after it by locating a new blower part and provided a quote to replace the part. If it wasn’t for the weekend (Sunday - Parts Warehouse close) it would have been fixed the same day. Technician Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable.
