We hired Erin to deep clean our house after we moved out of town. Our house is now on the market and being shown. After a couple of weeks we went back to the house and were greatly disappointed in the quality of her work. After I called she seemed concerned and wanted to make it right but never did anything about it. Now we will have to call someone else to do her job.We're embarrassed that our house is being shown in this condition.Jill M.
We hired this company to clean our house after we moved out of town. We requested they do a "deep clean" as the house was being listed for sale the day after we moved. After moving, we did not return for 2 weeks for an extremely short visit. We realized at that time what a poor job had been done. They assured us they would do a great job - and they didn't. We were told the wood cabinetry would be wiped down...and it wasn't. Both bathroom showers were still dirty/moldy. There was still food residue in some of the cabinets.
