“I've been going to this vision source for several years now. I recently changed my insurance, so I called to get an idea of what the best use of my insurance(s) would be. I usually leave my information and what I want to get, and I usually get a call back pretty swiftly. But this week, Madison went above and beyond with answering all insurance questions while I was on the phone with her. I offered to leave my information as before, but she insisted on taking care of all of my questions without calling me back.
