I recently visited Mount Bellevue Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly professionalism from Taylor and Darian at the front desk. I’d like to start by saying that everyone was friendly, and the office was new and clean, with snacks available, which made for a decent experience. However, as a walk-in for a sports physical, I waited over an hour to be seen. It would have been helpful to know about the wait time in advance, as I'm not accustomed to such a long delay. I've visited this location before and didn't have to wait as long.
Amazing urgent care. Joan and the staff were absolutely amazing. I took my 95 year old friend there that I am the caretaker for. They treated her so well and she is still talking about how nice everyone was for her visit. Thank you all for the great service from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Highly recommend
