I was under the impression that another oil change place switched my oil to synthetic oil (to make the cost of an oil change higher). But this person explained that my vehicle type only took synthetic oil. So I was relieved in that respect. Also they checked my air filter, which hasn't been checked since 2023. I know this because my Valentine's gift (the winch) had zipped tied wires, which made checking the air filter difficult. I received a discount on my purchase and left a happy customer.
