Work area was a bit cluttered, but not dirty. Technician used all disinfected tools (straight from the disinfectant package), was great at changing the sanding tips on her drill bit, and using a clean file. The appointment took about an hour, but it was a fresh set- I'm sure a fill would be even quicker! I highly recommend!!“
