I dropped off my laptop a little before noon. I needed it completely wiped and restored. In less than 2 hours computer is back in my hands with the latest Microsoft added and running like new. I definitely recommend The Tech Plug. Fast, friendly, with phenomenal service.

My laptop was running extremely slow. The Tech Plug had fixed my daughter’s laptop so I contacted him for my issue. He gave me an honest assessment and gave me options for a solution.
