By far the worst cleaners in Missouri city dropped off two comforters was told one price when I picked them up the priced changed! Was over charged and also be aware on your receipt they charge something called an environmental fee! Also I took a pants suit it came back with yellow brownish burned marked. My neighbor went to pick up her clothes last week and the lost her dress! Go to this cleaners at your own risk. Missouri city beware !

This was our regular dry cleaning establishment until they lost a pair of jeans. When I showed up a day after the order was ready, they didn't have the order gathered at all and scrambled to pull all 16 of our pieces together. Not a huge deal, but I was in a bit of a hurry trying to leave town. When they counted, they were missing one item and asked if it looked like anything was missing, because she may have miscounted at drop off. Since it was my husband's clothes, I did not know. Sure enough, the one pair of new jeans he was depending on packing for our trip was missing. I had to call several times to give the same employees and manger the description of the jeans because it was pretty obvious it wasn't a priority for them. They never found them, and also never called me back after I followed up several times to give them a chance to pay us back the $100 cost of the jeans. Even if it's not your "policy" to pay for the item in full amount, (they offered 10 times the amount of the cleaning fee, which was about $20 total), you would think that they would like to keep a regular customer and do right by their mistake. We have no choice but to look for another dry cleaning service.
