I have scheduled appointments a month in advance and they did not show up or give me a call or text to let me know. I even had one appointment cancelled out of the blue with no call or text so at this point i am not sure what is going on. They used to be so on top of it... Ive been a client for over a year and I will no longer be their client. There have been ZERO responses to the numbers i have and no one calls back.

I've been getting Percy groomed at Pink Poochies for the past year. This time I had Ernie and he did a great job with him. I know that Percy doesn't like to stay in one place but Ernie managed to get his hair and nails just right.

Our groomer Rain did an awesome job! Maggie looks beautiful and is so relaxed, she's napping. Highly recommend! Appreciate Shelby the owner for being so helpful and gracious! Thank you so much!
