“I had a really good experience with Ms. Tram. I was a walk-in and it was almost closing time when I talked to her business partner. (I just wanted to ask if they do lash lifts). They were so nice to accomodate me and made it possible despite the short amount of time. Ms. Tram is so friendly and kind. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the session. My lashes turned out great! However, when I got home, I felt like my left lashes was still flat. So I called in the next day to ask Ms. Tram if she can redo it. She gladly said yes. “I had thinning/light eyebrows and wanted something natural looking. Haidie did a great job accommodating my requests. She took her time getting the shape just right with pencil and letting me make adjustments. The procedure itself is a little painful but she can numb the area and then it’s fine. Don’t freak out if you first think they look too dark/heavy. They will lighten up/look less heavy within a week or two.“
