Met Dr Zach and the team today for a kiddo ear infection. Very easy from start to finish (surprisingly fast), even their technology for uploading the driving licence & insurance card. Our son already feels better, thank you.
We have used this Urgent Care for quite a few years. Recently, both my husband and myself have had appointments with them. They are always professional and helpful, from the front desk to the techs and PAs. I was helped by Zach this time. He was very professional. We will definitely use this office again.
From the first moment my 80 year old mother and I walked into the facility, we were treated with the highest degree of kindness, patience and tenderness. My mother needed X-rays to verify there where no broken bones as a result of a fall in her home. Zach the PA along with the rest of staff with very attentive and gentle with my mother who was in considerable pain. Will definitely make this place a permanent part of our family's treatment plan for emergencies and other needs.
