Love love love this place. Clean, easy, best work I've had so far in a salon. I'm very particular about my nails and the fact that I was so impressed with lily's work says a lot. I've never been blown away and it's safe to say to exceeded all my expectations and more.
Been a patron for years. However, after the most recent visits on 8/17/24, I’ll never return. The entire staff is new since the change of management about a year or so ago. ?After waiting for about 30 minutes (I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, so a long wait was expected.), I finally was seated at the pedicure chair. Another new face came to service me. He asked if I wanted a “cut down”, and I said, “sure.” He then pulls out a cuticle nipper, though he never applied any cuticle softener. Long story short, he cut the cuticle on my big toe so deeply that is still bruised and healing overall week later. He proceeded to ask me to put my foot back in the water.... read full review
