“As someone who works in customer service, customer satisfaction is very important to me. We recently took our 1½-year-old son to Great Clips for his first haircut. AJ was kind and worked quickly, which I initially understood since our little one was wiggly and I was holding him. However, once we got home and washed and combed his hair, we noticed uneven areas and small bald spots, and we were disappointed with the final result.

The next day, we decided to give Great Clips a chance to make it right. We were helped by Noah, who was absolutely wonderful. She immediately reassured us that we didn’t need to pay again and took the time to properly wet, comb, and carefully cut our son’s hair. She was calm, patient, and very gentle—our son stayed still the entire time. As a Black family, our child has kinky, curly hair, and Noah clearly understood how to work with his hair texture. The difference was night and day.

The issue was completely rectified, and Noah exceeded our expectations. Our little man looked so handsome, and we left very happy. Because of how professionally this was handled, we’re giving five stars to the Great Clips in Sienna. We will definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Noah every time.
