“My cat got very very sick and it happened so suddenly. I took her straight in as soon as I could. Most people are struggling pretty badly and I am one of them. I couldn't afford to do all the recommendations right away. We had to come up with the best plan to find out what was wrong. I approved x-rays and an IV. She needed a little more as she was still on the decline, so the next day we got her going with injections and an appetite stimulate. I couldn't afford the blood test. She started doing better and eating a little bit. Then the results for the x-rays came back - she had 2 small blockages in her intestines. I asked if we could get her some laxatives to help move it along. She is doing much better now and I am happy as she would have needed a small non-invasive surgery otherwise. A big shout out to Dr. Hassan, Hailey, and Elisa! I am a little set back but they are very reasonable. I don't know what I would do without my cat. ❤️“

“My experience since transferring both of my dogs to Neartown has been amazing!! Dr. Miller is truly wonderful!!! I’ve been at the ease since moving my girls here and with Dr. Miller’s approach to their care. I wasn’t pressured to make rushed decisions or overwhelmed with lots of treatments/medications, etc. Instead she listened and truly took time to become familiar with my dogs to recommend the best treatment. I feel confident my dogs will never be over medicated or in a constant state of change and that they will always receive the most professional and well-informed treatment plans. It doesn’t end with Dr. Miller. William, who scheduled my first appointment and handled my checkout, was exceptional. He made the whole process easy and shared what options were available for getting my dogs’ medication. Daisy greeted us when we arrived. She could not have been kinder or more welcoming. My dogs loved our vet technician Alexis!! Even my shy German Shepherd puppy. She was gentle and patient with them. I’m pretty sure they’d be excited to go to their next appointment just to see her…and the rest of the team. Thank you Neartown Animal Clinic!!!“

“Dr. Khan was fantastic. I have a large, anxious senior dog and they got down on his level and made sure he was comfortable throughout the appointment. I was shocked at how well the appointment went with his history of severe anxiety. I attribute it to the caring nature of the staff. They did the whole exam with him on the floor as seen in the picture and he was even smiling by the end of the appointment. Wish I found Dr. Khan sooner.“

“I picked my mom’s, soon to be 16 years old papillon-Bella, up from Tanglewood Animal Hospital. They were closing at 6pm and I knew I wouldn’t make it there in time with traffic. The staff understand and were still open when I arrived 10 minutes after closing.
Bella has been getting a lime bath here to help with her skin suddenly scaling. The staff are so gentle with her and the lime bath seems to really help her skin, so she doesn’t look like a snake about to shed new skin.“

“Pet Vet are just marvelous! My two dogs have some problems both physically and behaviorally- everyone in the clinic has been so patient and understanding. They even gave me excellent training advice. I wouldn't take my babies to any one else.“

“I’ve been going to ready pet for a while but this past experience was my absolute favorite. I have a pretty leash reactive pup named Winnie. Normally too uncomfortable to show her true self, Winnie was actually calmer than usual with a tech this time. The techs name was Ivonne and she was so great to Winnie!! Winnie was even leaning on her while Dr Roseman did the vaccines and blood work. Dr Roseman was also very understanding and sweet to Winnie. This was truly our best experience and I look forward to working with these two women next time :-)“

“I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!“
