Doesn't deserve a star, deserves zero which is exactly the amount of time Ponce takes to respond to a couple of phone calls. He gives me a qoute to do job and tells me to call him the next day in the afternoon when I get home from work, and I told him I would do that, I kept my word, but in return is complete silence was what I got from Ponce, not a man of his word. Don't waist your time Folks with people who can't be trusted in their word and don't have the common courtesy to return phone calls.

Asked for service back in May.. was never contacted so had a reputable company take care of our project. Gave Sparkz another shot a week ago.. Was told they would provide me with a list of materials to buy and they would be here today (Tuesday, 10/10). Zero communication from them after that. It's now Tuesday and no word from them as to whether they are 'in the mood' to do the work or not.. That's enough. We'll find someone else.

I had electrical issues right before Thanksgiving and he went out to fix the issues I had before leaving out of town and very reasonable with prices!!Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
