one of the worst places to do any sort of business with it rents apartments but does not provide any paperwork the owner had already stated he would provide some money back but kept the money stating it was a hold deposit when there was no initial agreement verbal nor paper and never said it was non refundable they do not follow the Texas property code just by doing that do not do business with dishonest people even when the money was left it was stated it was a security deposit I asked for some sort of lease or form with more info and they never gave me anything only a small paper receipt that is all that was provided.....
