Was texting my phones went to a black screen called phone company they wouldn't fixed or replace it told me to buy another phone.called cell expert at the ohio valley mall.they told me to bring it up.he worked on it 15 and it was fixed .very polite and didn't cost anarm and leg very pleased. Wouldhighly recommend them.

Honesty best service ever message the owner replied fast! Went to the store & saw a lot good phone with good prices they even have fire sticks next purchase will for sure be that!! 100% recommend
