The individual named Abraham Ancer, who owns the pool company, charged $100,000 for the pool. Upon signing the contract and making the payment, he failed to supervise the construction personally. Instead, he sent just one worker to build the pool, resulting in months of delay. Furthermore, he installed a cheap pentair system and neglected essential components like the heater system, which was dysfunctional as the workers, though well-intentioned, lacked the necessary expertise in pool installation. Terrible service, lack of interest on the part of the pool contractor, Mr. Abraham Ancer only cares about charging in advance and taking excessive time in the construction and also looks bad in the service, he does not give you the information required to make the equipment work correctly and he is also arrogant and unprofessional!! I do not recommend their services, look for another option that is more professional and do not have problems in the future.

Not even 6 months of construction and front entrance looks like the picture. Poor quality all across the construction. Don’t do business with this lady. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money. Worst experience ever building a house.
