I’ve been going to VIP for years now. Tiffany does my nails and lashes. She and John are some of the friendliest people that I know. I’m always happy with my nails and lashes. My daughter gets her nails done as well. A few times I’ve been too hard on my nails and they fix them for me with no problem. If you’re looking for a nail salon in Mineral Wells or the surrounding area, this is the best place to go.
John was great! I came in town for family gathering and had a limited amount of time to get my nails done. He did my nails in a timely manner and made sure I got out when I needed and still did a great job. He even helped me answer and pick up the phone when my nails were still drying. Will return here if I’m ever back for a family gathering!
Sometimes good, sometimes not so much. Some of employees are too rough and hard to communicate with. I've been here many times. They are good about soaking off old nails instead of grinding, most of the time.
