Took my 13 year old dog to this place on Thursday morning. The staff was very friendly and I saw
Dr Talley. She was very caring and compassionate, and explained to me in clear terms what was going on, and what could be done. They are not expensive and I would definitely recommend her to others!
I have been looking for a different vet. Well, push came to shove this morning with an urgent situation! I had heard some personal experiences from people about Pet Western AH and also saw reviews looked really good! One person posted negatively and it was because of the wait time which I think was unfair from what he posted. My experience was 5 star and positive from the staff who were great listeners, caring and were true in their compassion right down to Dr. T. Super impressed! My mini dachshund had a ruptured abscess and they made way for us. It is a half hour drive. We were seen within just a few minutes. Treatment was great. After finding this clinic through a close friend & meeting Dr Talley & seeing how good she is at treating & diagnosing what was wrong with our kitty. I will continue to drive two counties away. Her staff & vet techs are all super friendly & she is as well. Lots of vets in FW, but Pet Western is definitely worth the drive to Mineral Wells. Our furbabies are our family!
