Massey's Septic Tank Service

I am an Area Facilities Manager for an express car wash company in Saginaw. Last week we could not get our commode to flush and after snaking the drain and checking everything I found out the the site had septic/holding tank that would pump out the sewage to the city drain but the grinder pump went out so it was full. It was Friday late in the day and I called a lot of other places but they could not get to me till the following week. When I called Massey's They said they could get someone out on Saturday morning and that they carry the pump I needed on the truck. There customer service is excellent. There attention to finding the problem with the septic tank is above expectations. I would suggest them to anyone who needs septic tank service

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call (don't remember the lady's name but she was super pleasant and helpful) to calling when they were on their way and the actual work. Philip was knowledgeable, helpful, on time and cleaned up the area after digging up and pumping our septic. I'm a customer for life!
