Jessica reached out to me. Friendly and apologetic. Hopefully in the future I can bring them some businessCouldn’t be bothered to answer the phoneI called at 9:25 in the morning ON A SATURDAY… Can’t have my phone on me at work so leaving message for call back wouldn’t have worked. Was calling during a break.

I’m very particular about who cuts my hair and how it’s cut. I called them because my hair stylist moved and needed a new one. I found her. Mika did an amazing job and actually listened to me and paid attention to detail.
