We just had a loved one pass away and ordered a sympathy bouquet. I immediately received a call stating they were out of stock of some of the flowers in the online pic and asked if it would be ok if some were substituted. Before delivery, she sent me pictures of the final product to make sure it was what we wanted. Best florist experience ever!
