Roof replacement was great, sales and after-service was not. Fortunately some calls to the corporate office seems to be moving things in the right direction to get everything sorted out. I had damage to my existing asphalt shingle roof this past spring. I figured at some point I would need to replace the roof and always wanted an upgraded look to complement the architecture of our home. I consulted with vertical roofing. They walked me through the whole process, worked with my insurance company, and etc. In fact the shingle I wanted was a composite cedar shake that was way beyond my budget, and Kyle tried to steer me to other comparable products that were more reasonable in price. However I just couldn’t get off this one product. They weren’t pushy and actually took the time to look at ways to reduce the price so I could get what I wanted. They did. I seriously have the nicest roof in Parker County. In a day an age where people only post bad reviews I wanted to let potential customers know they’re awesome.
