I met the likable owner TROY COUNTS. He came onsite within minutes of my call and was direct and forthright about what my 2 units needed. He showed me his costs for parts I needed (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) and then gave me his costs which were SO MUCH LOWER than anyone else I talked to. He gave me his license # (also printed on his invoice) and a few referrals to check with. He is Honest. Hardworking. Trustworthy. DEPENDABLE.“

“Well I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling so I called the professionals down at Hardin Heating and Air. They informed me that they would have someone respond between 5-7 pm. 5 minutes later they called me to say someone was currently en route to my home. ?The issue was diagnosed as a Freon leak, and the service tech (who was a very polite and knowledgeable person) had my house cooling within minutes!The service tech explained the issue and stated that the part (schrader valve on the slab coil) was the main culprit. He also explained that not only was it still under warranty, but so was the labor. So that saved me some serious $$$.I’m very grateful for their quick response, professional demeanor, and great customer service.I highly recommend contacting Hardin Heating and Air for all your air conditioning and heating needs. These are the folks you can trust.“
