I'd been scammed twice by horrible AC companies over the last 7 years and I was terrified that I'd make the wrong choice again when I was referred to Central AC. Thank GAWD I was... I met the likable owner TROY COUNTS. He came onsite within minutes of my call and was direct and forthright about what my 2 units needed. He showed me his costs for parts I needed (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) and then gave me his costs which were SO MUCH LOWER than anyone else I talked to. He gave me his license # (also printed on his invoice) and a few referrals to check with. He is Honest. Hardworking. Trustworthy. DEPENDABLE.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on an August afternoon. Temperature was rising fast. Troy came out within an hour of me calling...ON A SUNDAY. He fixed the issue almost immediately. Great service.

Troy is awesome. I called yesterday late in the afternoon, and he was able to come first thing in the morning... on a Sunday. Fixed our issues with our AC unit. Yes ISSUES, in less than one hour. Troy is very friendly and concerned with doing the job right the first time. Central AC is the only place we will call to have our equipment serviced.
