We booked for the next day that worked with both our schedules, which was the next week from the phone call. The two people who arrived on time the day of the cleaning were professional and quick. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the quote I received for just a rug cleaning but I don't personally know what goes into cleaning a rug and I have not received other quotes so it may have been a normal price for this area on large rug cleanings but the $200+ quote was high for me and at that charge, we decided to just buy a new rug.
