“I have been tanning here for 16 months. The staff is always friendly. The floors in the rooms are not always clean. But the main issue I have is I always pay cash for everything I buy including my tanning membership. I am penalized for paying cash by paying 2 times the monthly cost of a membership. Cash is money. Not fair in my opinion. I was told on several occasions that the owner or manager would call me and discuss my issue. It has been a week. Still haven't been called.“
